The summer has been flying by, and we have had the best time with all of the volunteers and visitors who have come to support us!
The animals are as healthy and happy as ever, and it is all thanks to your love and support. We have a beautiful community of animals lovers.
Update on Milkshake the Cow
Some of you may know that Milkshake had a stillbirth a couple of months ago. It was very hard on her, and we were very worried. Her entire back end was paralyzed and she was unable to move.
However, with many weeks of tender loving care, she is back on her feet and hanging out with all of her cow friends once again. Thank you to all of the volunteers who came to be with her and care for her during this time.

Movies, Music, Food, and Fun!
We are having one of our most exciting events coming up - it will truly be a night to remember!
Our Movie Night in the Barn is on August 27th. It will include amazing live music by local performers, food from the delicious Copper Branch, a silent auction, and a screening of Sound of Music: the sing-a-long version, at dusk!
Huddle up in our cozy barn after sunset and sing along to old classics.. maybe the cows will join along as well!

Summer Fundraiser
Our summer fundraiser is still happening!
For those of you who have contributed, shared, and spread the word, thank you SO much! This is truly a team effort, and we are so grateful. We have raised $2,600 so far, which is enough for about 32 round hay bales!
Please keep on spreading the word. The cows eat between 1-2 bales a day, and we need to fill our barn for all the hungry bellies!
